Chili Con Queso Dip: 1 lb pasteurized process cheese spread or 1 large bag shredded Cheddar Cheese 1(l lb) can chili without beans (use Hormel) 4 green onions chopped fine 1(4oz) can chopped green chili peppers (El Paso) Mix all ingredients in 3 quart Crock Pot. Cover and cook on low 2-3 hours. Serve hot form the crock pot. Use as a dip for chips. Makes about 4 cups. Increase amount if using a 5 quart Crock Pot.

Family recipe for Stuffing: Cut Bread Crumbs(fill large bowl), 2 stalks of celery chopped, 1 medium onion chopped, Poultry seasoning to taste, dash of salt and pepper, 2 eggs, turkey or chicken broth(just to moisten really well). Put in a 9x12 baking pan and bake for 30 minutes at 350 degrees. (Just till brown on top and set).

Sweet Potato Fluff: 2 cups mashed sweet potatoes(can use l large can of Bruce's yams(2 lb 8 oz) can but pour liquid from can and mash sweet potatoes. 1/4 cup butter or margarine, 1/8 tsp salt, 1 cup sugar, 1/2 can evaporated milk, 3 eggs, 1 tbsp vanilla, 1/2 tsp nutmeg, 1/2 tsp cinnamon, (Hint: warm butter). Mix butter with hot sweet potatoes. Add sugar and salt. Mix well. Add beaten eggs and evaporated milk. Stir well. Add vanilla and spices. Pour into a well buttered square pan and bake in oven at 350 degrees for about 30-40 minutes or until well set and slightly brown.

Broccoli Casserole: 2 pkgs frozen chopped broccoli, well drained. 1 cup cream of mushroom soup, 1 small grated onion, 1/2 stick of butter or margarine, 1 cup mayonnaise, 1 cup grated cheddar cheese, 3 eggs beaten, buttered bread crumbs. Mix all together, except bread crumbs. Top with the buttered bread crumbs. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-40 minutes. Serves 10.

Potato Salad: Boil potatoes and cool and then dice(amount according to what amount wanted) Celery and Onion diced about 1 cup each depending on amount making. Dressing: 3 tbsp Salad Dressing, 1 tbsp mustard, a pinch of sugar, salt and pepper to taste. 2 tsp pickles, drop or two of vinegar. Mix all together. Combine dressing with potatoes, celery and onion. Sprinkle celery seed on top for decoration and
